2. ⏱ Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
Once processed, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS with your tracking information.
Orders placed after 5 PM IST will be processed on the next working day.

Free Shipping: Available on orders above ₹999
International:
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your country, product weight, and shipping method.
Customs duties and import taxes (if applicable) must be borne by the recipient.
5. 📦 Packaging & Handling
All products are hygienically packed to maintain freshness, especially for cut, organic, or perishable items.
We use eco-friendly and food-grade packaging wherever possible.
Fragile or perishable items are packed with additional care to ensure safe delivery.
6. 📮 Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive:
A tracking ID and link via email/SMS
You can also track your order in the “My Orders” section of your account
If you have not received tracking details within 48 hours of placing your order, please contact our customer support.

8. 📦 Undelivered or Returned Packages
If a delivery attempt fails due to incorrect address, recipient unavailability, or refusal to accept, the package may be returned to us.
Re-delivery will be arranged at an additional shipping cost.
If the product is perishable and cannot be reused, a refund may not be possible.
