* “International” refers to customers outside of India. Shipping and customs delays may be longer, so we extend our return/refund window.
3. Conditions for Returns & Refunds
To be eligible for a return, refund, or replacement, products must satisfy the following:
- The product must be unused, in original condition, with all seals intact, labels, packaging, tags, and any other promotional items included.
- You must provide proof of purchase (order number, invoice, etc.).
- The return request must be made within the time frame defined above.
- For perishable items (if applicable), return might only be accepted if the product shows visible defects or spoilage, and you notify us immediately upon receipt (within 24 hours).
4. What Is Not Eligible
- Products that have been used, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery by the customer.
- Products missing original packaging, tags, or promotional gifts.
- Minor color variation or slight difference in shade or packaging that do not affect usability (since agricultural / natural products may vary).
- Any damage caused by mishandling after delivery.
5. How to Request a Return, Replacement, or Refund

- If the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, damaged product, etc.), we will cover the return shipping cost or provide a prepaid courier label, depending on your location.

- If a product is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will, at your choice, send you a replacement of the same item (subject to availability) or issue a full refund.
- If you wish to exchange for a different item, additional shipping costs may apply.
9. Cancellation Policy
- You may cancel your order before it has been dispatched for a full refund.
- If the order has already been dispatched, cancellation is not possible, but you may use the returns process (subject to eligibility).
- Refund for cancelled orders will be processed within 5‑7 business days for India / 10‑14 days for international, depending on payment method.
10. International Customers: Duties & Import Fees
- International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country.
- These costs are not refundable by Nidhi Gold Farm Cut Foods.
- If a package is refused at customs and returned to sender, shipping and handling costs, including return postage, may be deducted from the refund.
11. Exceptions & Special Cases
- Perishable or organic items may have shorter or different return conditions, due to health and safety reasons.
- Bulk / wholesale orders may have separate terms which must be agreed upon before purchase.
