Shipping Policy

We process and ship orders within 1–2 working days.
Delivery is expected within 3–7 working days depending on your location.
We deliver across most regions in India.
Once your order is shipped, a tracking ID will be shared via email/SMS.
Delivery delays due to courier/logistics are beyond our control.

Refund & Return Policy

We offer refunds or replacements only in the following cases:

Product received is damaged or leaking
Product is missing or wrong item sent

Conditions:

You must contact us within 7 days of delivery.

We will process the refund/replacement after verification.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be canceled before shipping.
